The Iron Sharpens Iron Wellness Retreat is a four-day, three-night luxury experience for Black women entrepreneurs in San Diego, California, from February 20–23, 2026. Hosted in a private beachfront home with panoramic ocean views, this transformative event blends wellness, business development, and community connection.

The retreat features a curated schedule including movement sessions, skill-building workshops, reflective exercises, shared meals, and intentional time for rest and restoration. Participants will enjoy spacious accommodations, rooftop lounges, a fire pit, direct beach access, and nourishing meals prepared throughout the weekend.

Designed for women seeking clarity, alignment, and authentic sisterhood, Iron Sharpens Iron creates space to sharpen minds, elevate businesses, and nurture wellness. Limited overnight rooms are available, with a Saturday Day Pass option for local attendees.
